Wendy’s continuing to test and employ the use of AI drive-thru chatbots. Wendy’s is continuing to expand its AI drive-thru chatbot to franchisees 2024. According to Wendy’s, the ordering service at a test location was 22 seconds faster than the average human-provided service. Other major fast-food brands are testing AI tools to achieve efficiency and automated up-sell to their customers as well.
